3 Ways to Get More People to See Your Facebook Posts

Have you ever found yourself wondering “Why does no one see my posts on Facebook?” or “Why did only 4 people see my post on my business page?”? It’s a pretty common occurrence these days thanks to Facebook’s algorithm, and that algorithm is ever changing.


Don’t worry, you're not the only one wishing more people saw their posts.

While you will always be fighting Facebook’s algorithm to get your posts seen, there are a few things that you can do to help.

1) Video – Currently, Facebook is working to beat Youtube out by promoting and showing more love to video posts. Until this battle is won, you can take advantage. How? Create videos of your products, you working, slideshows of product photos, etc. Any video file is going to automatically perform better than a photo or text post.

You can even create videos with text or captions. Keep in mind that most people do not watch videos on Facebook with the sound on so unless the video is a tutorial or a live video, they’re probably not listening, just watching.

2) Facebook Live – Speaking of live, live videos engage your customer base. Having problems getting engagement? Ask them questions! Give your viewers a reason to type a comment. The more people that engage with your videos, the more people Facebook will push your videos to. Use Facebook Live for giveaways, announcements, and even live sale events.

3) Groups – Groups are an excellent way to connect with other crafters and even potential customers. Groups send out notifications to people who have subscribed to updates. This means people in the group get a little reminder that you’re there.
