Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?
We want you to get crafting right away so we ship all of our orders that are placed before 3 PM EST the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. You can use the shipping maps to see how long it will take to get to you!
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We proudly ship to all our Armed Forces Bases around the world via USPS, but unfortunately only within the US otherwise. Happy Crafters Canada can help out our Canadian crafters! Check them out at HappyCrafters.CA
I only received part of my order, is the rest coming?
Our apparel always ships separately so if you got your vinyl but not apparel then it is most likely on its way in another shipment. If you are missing something else be sure to email or call us so we can check on it for you!
My tracking number is saying that it is invalid, what do I do?
We try to send your tracking by email as soon as we can and sometimes it comes so fast that the order hasn’t been scanned by UPS just yet. Your tracking number should update soon. If by the end of the day it still isn’t working let us know and we will see if there is an issue.
I need my order right away! What can I do?
We offer 2nd-day shipping on most of our in-stock items for just $5.00 more. This excludes apparel and heat presses. The day that your order ships does not count as a shipping transit day. Packages do not move on the weekends or holidays.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all of our packages using UPS. Orders placed with PO boxes or APO addresses will ship via USPS.
I don’t like something that I ordered. What do I do?
We want you to love everything in your order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase. All blank apparel purchases will incur a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 15% for apparel returns valued under $200 and 20% for returns over $200. All items must be in new condition. We do not provide return shipping on returns. Once we received your products back, we will issue a refund back to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to purchase them. There was something wrong with my order! (Damage, defects, wrong items) What do I do?
We try our best to make sure every order that leaves us is perfect but sometimes things just happen. Don’t worry, we promise to make it right! Send us an email to or call us at 888-888-4154 explaining what the problem is and we’ll work quickly to fix it!
I returned something. When will I see the refund?
We don’t want to keep you waiting! Once returns are received, we try our very best to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. If you don’t see a refund in 5-7 business days then just get in touch and we will gladly look into it!
I ordered the wrong color! Can I exchange it?
We know it happens! While we don’t offer exchanges, you can certainly return the color or product that you do not need. You can place a new order for the correct products whenever you choose.
