WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We want you to get crafting right away, so we ship all orders that are placed before 2PM EST the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. You can use the shipping maps to see how long it will take to get to you!

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

We proudly ship to all our Armed Forces Bases around the world via UPS SurePost, but unfortunately only within the US otherwise. Happy Crafters Canada can help our Canadian crafters! Check them out at HappyCrafters.CA.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER STATES IT IS INVALID, WHAT DO I DO?

We try to send your tracking by email as soon as we can and sometimes it comes so fast that the order hasn’t been scanned by UPS just yet. Your tracking number should update soon. If by the end of the day, it still isn’t working let us know and we will see if there is an issue.

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

That depends on your order volume. Orders up to $100 (after discounts / before tax) ship via UPS SurePost, as do orders placed shipping to PO boxes or APO addresses. Orders $100 and over (after discounts / before tax) ship UPS Ground. Orders weighing 150+ pounds might ship via freight forwarder. Please refer to the schedule below to determine the transit time for your ZIP code.

See the map below for our best estimate on shipping times for your order. Please note: Shipments may experience delays in transit beyond our control i.e. current global conditions, weather, strikes etc. and may vary from the estimates, below:

UPS Ground:

 

UPS SurePost: add 1-3 business days to the transit times indicated above.

Orders weighing more than 150 lbs.: might ship via Freight Forwarder.

 

I DON’T LIKE SOMETHING THAT I ORDERED. WHAT DO I DO?

We want you to love everything in your order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase. All purchases will incur a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 20% plus applicable shipping charges. We do not provide return shipping for returns. All items must be in new condition. Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for your purchase. If you would like to return part of your order, please send an e-mail with your order number and request to Hello@HappyCrafters.com

Please note: Orders that are returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please contact us prior to returning any items.

 

THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER!

(DAMAGE, DEFECTS, WRONG ITEMS) WHAT DO I DO?

We try our best to make sure every order that leaves us is in perfect condition but sometimes things just happen. Don’t worry, we promise to make it right! Send an email to Hello@HappyCrafters.com or call us at 888-888-4154 explaining what the problem is and we’ll work quickly to fix it!

 

I RETURNED SOMETHING. WHEN WILL I SEE THE REFUND?

We don’t want to keep you waiting! Once returns are received, we try our very best to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. If you don’t see a refund in 5-7 business days, simply get in touch and we will happily investigate it!
